Applications:
Glycidyl acrylate (abbreviated GA) is a kind of bifunctional monomer, and it has higher reactivity than glycidyl methacrylate. GA has both vinyl and epoxy groups in the molecular formula, which can react differently. When initiated with a free radical initiator, the double bond can be opened to copolymerize with other acrylate monomers to form a linear polymer with epoxy groups. The bifunctional structure of GA makes the acrylic polymer can be further cross-linked into a network structure. Its products have excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, water and heat-resistant features. Therefore, it can be widely used in many fields such as photosensitive materials, organic synthesis, polymer synthesis and polymer modification and so on.
Storage: keep the container closed and place in a dry, cool and ventilated place, away from heat.
